QC RES LLC was founded in 2017 by Jesse Burns for the purposes of regenerating homes in the Quad Cities Area. Since then, we have purchased and renovated dozens of homes in the Quad Cities Area. Some of these homes are then sold, while others are still owned by us and utilized as rental homes.
